Refund policy

30 days, no drama.

If the Field Kitchen isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

• The unit should be in original condition — used once at a campsite to decide is fine; a season of use is not.
• Repack it in the original carton (keep the box for the first month). Email allen@kanzoutdoors.com and we'll arrange the return authorization.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• No restocking fee.
• Refund lands within 5 business days of the unit arriving back in inspectable condition.

Pre-orders: cancel any time before your unit ships for a full, immediate refund — no reason needed, one email.

Numbered first-batch units: returns of numbered units go back into the batch and are offered to the waitlist, not resold as new to the public. (If you're on the list, this is the only way a "sold out" number reappears.)
